Throughout her career, Ms. Kirch has been closely involved in client matters that span the gamut of immigration matters, including family-based, investment-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases. Moreover, Ms. Kirch has been involved in some of the most challenging and complex immigration matters, such as immigration court filings, PERM and H-1B cases, and asylum matters. Amagna cum laude graduate of Ripon College, Ms. Kirch holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish with minors in history and anthropology. In addition to her paralegal work in immigration, Ms. Kirch has experience with family court and civil litigation filings.
